Checked ya out this afternoon. decided to leave a comment tonight just to let ya know I'm still here. Looks like it works! What kind of blade are you useing? the Spiral one? Looks like ya could use a dremel to sand down the edges.

Ethan,

Don't know anything bout the blades just yet, I'm using the Pin Type, Not sure the Number of the blade, I Bought some while back from Craftsman, They didn'tsay what the numbers was, just that they were for this and that type cutting.

And I Do have a Dremel, just not very good with it, bought one years ago in a package that included the case, so many bits and some other stuff, it's a Craftsman Variable Speed, bought some stuff for it to like Router Attachment and an Engraving Flex Adapter so you can just hang the Dremel up and then use the Flex part of it.

I'm just no good with it Free Hand or anything, Wants to Jerk out of my Hand and wobble too much to keep a Consistent and Firm grip.
