Moving right along it seems, pretty quickly. Just got the first 2 panels done, Sanded down with my Orbital Sander from Craftsman. Not a real good sanding Job, but hey, they are gonna be painted.
As much as I hate Painted wood, This will be beneficial to the project.
So here is the First 2 Panels we've done so far, Sanded, but not painted.
Following the next post, I will be posting the next 2 Panels that will be cut and Sanded.

can't tell from the photo, looks sanded enough to me. especially if it is going to be painted.
Ethan,
Yeah they are sanded enough. I had to stop sanding because the paper was heating up the Spray Adhesive I was using to stick the template on the ply with.
oh, btw, the Scroll Saw is working wonderfuly so far. It takes a little more getting used to with new blades, the dull blades are easy to move around, turn corners, etc.
You put a new Blade in and it's like a Hot knife threw butter. it wants to move here and there and you tend to loose control from time to time. So you have to play with it on scrap before you go to your project.
I've messed a few places up doing that. So word to the wise, when changing blades, Test your control on Scrap before your work piece. It will save you time and wood lol.
